CEO and Founder Ian Moore

Grew up very active playing several different sports such as basketball, soccer and baseball. His natural athletic ability afforded him the opportunity to excel in various sports without physically over exerting himself. As Ian mature, he developed numerous minor injuries, which would temporarily limit his physical capabilities to partake in athletic activities. The repetitive occurrence of minor injuries resulted in the fracturing of his Tibia and tearing of his Patella Tendon. Surgery was the only solution that would correct these injuries and allow Ian to maintain his athleticism. The recovery process included physical therapy following the surgery. This prevented Ian from participating in any strenuous physical activities for a total of 10 months. Ian was very intrigued by the knowledge he gained during his physical therapy sessions. He was able to learn how to properly exercise his knee without causing any additional injuries as well as the purpose of different exercises and how the exercises benefitted the targeted body parts. As a result of his athletic childhood and high school career, Ian continued to workout and remain active while attending college. However, he never really invested the time to understand the reasoning behind the exercises that he was doing or how he could improve his body and mind through exercise. He continued to experience injuries including a back injury, which led to chronic back pain. During this time, Ian noticed his family members and acquaintances developing injures and health issues as they began to age. It was at this moment he realized that we are only given one body in this lifetime, which cannot be replaced. Therefore, understanding and maintaining the body should be a top priority. Upon this realization, he decided to learn more about the human body; how it works, how to improve it, how to strengthen it and what is required for the body to optimally function. Ian began to improve his body by applying the information he learned, which led to Ian receiving his Personal Training Certification through ACSM. With Ian’s passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, he began to assist others in reaching their goals and improving their physical health.
