Personal Training

$75 — Single Class
$294 — 4 Session Package
$576 — 8 Session Package
$840 — 12 Session Package  

30 day challenge $100 - The program consists of 4 to 5 self guided workouts a week with two types of workouts- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and full body weight training. The challenge includes meal guidelines that must be followed, as well as a meal tracking sheet that should be recorded daily. There will be bi-weekly check-ins to make sure you are adhering to the guidelines and to help provide support.

Personalized Regiments w/online coaching $175 (Monthly) – Personalized regiments are workouts that are tailored based on your personal needs. With the purchase of a personalized regiment an initial assessment is conducted via phone to learn and collect useful information that will be used to create the best and most efficient regiment. Everyone has different goals and different needs when it comes to working out and they should be taken into consideration when having a regiment created.

HIIT Bootcamp $20 (Each) - Join me for our full-body strength and conditioning Bootcamp. We incorporate HIIT workouts along with strength training using your body weight and workout bands. Classes last an hour and guarantee to be a fun challenge for all fitness levels. (Starting again in Spring)
